How long can I keep the dumpster?
Rental time is based on calendar days, not hours. For example, a 3-day rental delivered on Monday is picked up on Thursday, or delivered on Friday is picked up on Monday. Need more time? Additional days are $20 per day with a day's notice before pickup.
How does extra weight (overage) work?
Every rental includes a set weight allowance (1 ton for the 11 Yard, 1.5 tons for the 15 Yard, and 2 tons for the 20 Yard). Every load is weighed at the landfill. If you go over, additional weight is $80 per ton, prorated. For example, 0.5 tons over is $40, and 0.25 tons over is $20.
Can I load concrete, dirt, brick, or roofing shingles?
Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, brick, rock, and roofing shingles add weight very quickly and can easily exceed the included tonnage. If you are disposing of heavy materials, call or text us at (469) 678-6560 ahead of time so we can help you pick the best setup.
What items are not allowed in the dumpster?
You can load almost all household junk, furniture, remodeling debris, and yard waste. Not allowed: liquid paint, oil, gasoline, chemicals, car batteries, tires, and appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, freezers, AC units).
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. As long as you leave placement notes at checkout and the drop spot is clear of cars, low tree branches, and locked gates, you do not need to be on site.
Where can the dumpster be placed, and do I need a permit?
Dumpsters are normally placed on your private driveway or job site, which requires no permit. If you have a tight alley, sloped driveway, or need street placement, let us know ahead of time and check your city's street permit rules.
What happens if the dumpster is overfilled or blocked on pickup day?
Debris must be loaded level with the top rim so we can tarp and haul the container legally. If the dumpster is overloaded above the rim or blocked by vehicles or locked gates on pickup day, a $100 trip fee may apply.
Does rainwater add weight to my load?
Yes, heavy rain can soak into porous items like couches, carpet, and cardboard. All tonnage is based on official landfill scale tickets.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Our roll-off trucks and containers are driveway-friendly and we take care during placement and pickup, though heavy loads can cause minor surface wear on softer or older concrete and asphalt.
Do you offer same-day delivery, and what is your cancellation policy?
We do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests whenever trucks are available. Payment is processed at booking, and we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Once delivered, unused rental days are non-refundable.
